Syracuse University Visit

Hello Everyone,

Last Friday I had the opportunity to return to Syracuse University's School of Information Studies (SU IST) to share the work we are doing in the Grandview Library.  About 15 graduate students, some already working as librarians, attended the program.

Everyone was so impressed with the work you are doing.  I gave each of the participants a sign-in for the Sea Turtle and Chimpanzee graphic organizers. They will pretend they are students and try them out. 

In the picture on the left, I am standing with Dr. Ruth Small.  She is a professor at the SU IST. I graduated from this school many years ago.  It was such a great experience to spend some time there again. (Click the picture to see a larger copy.)
